The Energy Academy is recruiting for an Evaluation Consultant.
The Energy Academy is an award winning programme that has been piloted with 5 Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) in the Greater area. The programme has provided energy awareness training to hundreds of tenants, improving their understanding of the need to reduce their energy use and reducing their bills at the same time.
We are now looking for an Evaluation Consultant to produce an evaluation of AfSL’s Energy Academy project by reviewing what has been achieved and identify what works and what could be improved, interviewing Coordinators and Energy Officers who have been involved in the programme and interviewing key RSL staff. You will also need to prepare properly costed packages based on this evaluation, and identify and work with a designer to produce the resource materials needed to support these packages. The final report must be submitted by Monday 24th February 2014.
We are seeking a consultant who:
- Is an experienced evaluator in varied settings;
- Has experience of engaging and working with a wide range of stakeholders and users to gather data;
- Has a strong focus on outcomes and benefits for participants and end users;
- Has excellent organisational, analytical and presentation skills;
- Is positive and flexible.
