Go Green Week at the University of

The University of is holding a "Go Green" week with a host of events including: MONDAY 18TH FEB - Open Media showing of Climate Camp 2007 film with Climate Camp exhibition (possibly) and speakers from groups such as People and Planet, Climate Action, Plane Stupid, etc. TUESDAY 19th FEB - Hopefully, debating Union will be having a green themed debate. WEDNESDAY 20th FEB Day time: Cycle Profiency/ confidence classes Bike maintenance workshop Evening: Speaker from the Islamic Foundation for Ecology and Environmental Sciences will give a talk about Islam and the environment. SATURDAY 23rd FEB Tree Planting in Hebdon Bridge - And much much more including a workshop run by AfSL, yet to be anounced.
