AfSL has an impressive track record in the delivery of the high quality Energy Saver programme, training both staff and tenants in cascading domestic energy saving advice and support to target communities.
As the UK’s first RELISH approved adopter, our programme utilises the excellent communications materials developed for the multi-award winning RELISH programme. In addition we’re able to support tenants in local food growing and waste reduction programmes.

Eighteen month energy behavioural change programme with Trafford Housing Trust, one of five national pilots funded by Housing Federation’s Count Us In programme

Delivery of two major DECC LEAF projects in , Oldham and Tameside

Supporting three housing associations in in an intensive 6-month programme of staff and tenant training achieving savings of 2,688 tons of CO2 (lifetime assumed) and annual savings of £27,919 on energy bills.
