I having grown up on a farm in rural Ireland have always had a great passion for the outdoors and since I moved to Urmston I have been lucky enough to get an allotment at Balmoral Allotments. This is a new project and is still in its early stages of development. I am hoping to co-ordinate and liase with local groups to put our plot on the map. Its a lovely haven for wildlife already and we have local bee-keepers who are making the most of our plants to allow the bees to make some delicious organic honey.
